We provide petroleum marketing and supply, energy consulting, engineering, project development, investment facilitation, sustainability advisory, digital innovation and strategic business development across Nigeria's energy sector.

Who is World Petroleum Management (WPM) PetroEnergy Ltd?

World Petroleum Management (WPM) PetroEnergy Ltd is the energy management and collaboration platform founded by Ambassador (Prof.) Ezekiel O. Babalola, working across petroleum marketing and supply, consulting, engineering, investment facilitation and digital innovation. WPM is simply the short form of the same company.

Summit 2026.

When and where is the summit?

The WPM–IPMAN National Petroleum Marketing and Energy Innovation Summit 2026 takes place on 4 November 2026 at Merit House, Maitama, Abuja.

Who is organising it?

The summit is organised by World Petroleum Management (WPM) PetroEnergy Ltd, with the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) as strategic partner.

Who attends?

IPMAN executives, NMDPRA, NNPC and the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, local and international energy firms, financial institutions, technology providers and development partners.

What happens on the day?

A Ministerial Dialogue, CEO Roundtable, Technical Sessions, a Technology Exhibition, the Women in Energy Forum and the Young Professionals Forum. Full detail is on the summit programme.

Can I exhibit or sponsor?

Yes. Exhibition and sponsorship places are limited — register your interest on the summit page selecting Exhibitor or Sponsor, and the team will send the relevant pack.

What comes out of the summit?

Two proposed outcomes: the Abuja Declaration on Petroleum Marketing Excellence, and the WPM–IPMAN Strategic Partnership Framework.
